What is the dumpster rental process?
The dumpster rental process is actually pretty simple. First, you call the dumpster rental company and let them know where and when you would like your dumpster delivered. The driver then delivers the dumpster on the date you ordered. You then fill the dumpster with debris and other items from your location, home, or job site. When you are finished with your dumpster, call the office to let them know you are ready for the dumpster to be removed.

Most household junk can also go inside your dumpster. Items you are not allowed to put in the dumpster include batteries, adhesives, oil, paint, tires, and anything that might be flammable or explosive.

Will my dumpster have a door?

Is there a right way to load a dumpster?
It’s best to load a dumpster as evenly as possible. This will allow you to fit more debris inside and help to ensure you don’t overload the dumpster. It’s also important to make sure that no items hang over the side or stick up over the top of the container since this can make it dangerous for the hauler to pick up the dumpster. Please note that you may be charged an additional fee if your container is overfilled.
Do I need a permit for a dumpster?
You’ll only need to acquire a dumpster permit if you intend to have your container dropped off on a street or other public property. Our service representatives will be able to tell you if you’ll need a permit before we set up your order. Learn more about obtaining a permit for your dumpster.
Should I be home for delivery or pickup?
There’s no need to be present for delivery or pickup. On delivery and pickup days, just make sure the area where you want the dumpster placed is clear and not blocked by cars or anything else that may prevent us from accessing the spot. Please also be sure the dumpster is loaded properly, with nothing sticking up over the top or hanging over the sides.
Can a dumpster sit on an incline?
As long as the ground is even and the slope is less than 15 percent, we can generally place a dumpster on an incline. Be aware that it is always up to the driver’s discretion to determine whether your driveway presents a safety hazard.
